We accept eligible Indiana Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver clients through Anthem. Coverage and services may vary by plan and eligibility.
UHC Coverage
We accept eligible UnitedHealthcare clients for covered home care services. Benefits and coverage may vary by individual plan.
Humana Coverage
We accept eligible Humana clients for covered home care services. Available benefits and services depend on individual coverage.
Pay Out of Pocket
Private pay is available for individuals and families who prefer to pay directly for home care services without using insurance.
Beloved Touch Home Care LLC was founded by LaVeena Shelton, LPN, a dedicated nurse with a passion for caring for others and serving individuals and families within her community.
Throughout her healthcare career, LaVeena has seen firsthand how meaningful it is for individuals to receive care that preserves their dignity, independence, and sense of belonging. She also recognizes the importance of ensuring that quality, dependable care reaches individuals and families in underserved communities.
These experiences inspired her to create Beloved Touch Home Care LLC—an agency where clients are more than the services they receive. LaVeena believes every person entrusted to Beloved Touch should be cared for with the same patience, respect, attentiveness, and concern that we would want for our own family.
As an LPN who is continuing her education toward becoming a Registered Nurse, LaVeena remains committed to growing professionally and using her experience and education to strengthen the standard of care provided through Beloved Touch.
